Even during Corona times you don't have to be afraid to book a trip. Your booking is safe with us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have - and we will always find a suitable offer for you. Just contact us.

The health of our guests is our top priority and we want to offer you a safe experience. We therefore adhere to the official regulations of the federal government at all times and are in constant exchange with the responsible authorities on site when traveling abroad.

Postponement dates and cancellation
If your trip has to be postponed due to Corona measures, we will take care of it immediately and keep you informed about the latest status.

From the moment that payments have already been made to third parties, these costs will be deducted from you in the event of a contract cancellation, and the regulated cancellation conditions will also apply.

Any additional costs for postponements and rebookings will be checked with third parties. Here we will inform you from case to case.

Flights
We recommend that you book your flight through Swiss whenever possible and choose a booking class where you can rebook.

When booking a trip, you agree to abide by the currently applicable regulations of the federal government as well as the responsible agencies abroad.

If a test or other requirements are demanded for entry, these must be fulfilled. We cannot refund if you decide against a test or other submission. Costs for tests or similar will not be covered. nn-movement also assumes no liability for non-compliance with the rules.
