Groups and corporate coaching

Do you enjoy training better in a group? We create dynamics and use synergies. We offer the following group trainings:

Weekly Functional Classes

Join our weekly Functional / Pilates classes or fitness boxing groups. We train in small, personal groups. Your fitness level does not matter - due to the small groups, adaptations and personal consultations are always possible.

When:
Tuesdays, 7:00 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. (Fitness Boxing)
Wednesdays, 6:15 p.m. to 7:05 p.m. (Pilates / Functional). Join our weekly Functional / Pilates classes or fitness boxing groups. We train in small, personal groups. Your fitness level does not matter - due to the small groups, adaptations and personal consultations are always possible.

Corporate workouts
