Feel the difference

We offer weekly classes in functional / pilates and fitness boxing. We train in small, personal groups. Your fitness level is not important – the small groups allow for adaptations and personal consultations.

When:

Tuesday, from 7.00 am to 7.50 am
Wednesday, from 6.15 pm to 7.05 pm (pilates / functional)

 

Where: Via Zoom or outside if the weather is nice
