MMBPP Method

Nina bases her trainings on the specially developed training method MMBPP.

  • M for Muscle (Strength)
  • M for Mindset (Focus)
  • B for Breathing (Apneia)
  • P for Performance (Endurance)
  • P for Pain Management

All the elements listed are an important part of an effective and healthy workout. This method can be adapted to all types of sports and training. Nina has learned various methods with her years of experience as a trainer and trying out different types of sports and fitness. The MMBPP method is a cross section of the most important elements of many different approaches.

M - Muscles (Strength): Stands for our muscles and their structure. The goal is to target and train the right muscles.

M - Mindset (focus): Stands for the goal. Where do we want to go? Where do we stand? Our Mindset brings us forward in sports as well as in everyday life or blocks us. We learn together to leave the comfort zone, to turn a "no" into a "yes" and still give us peace of mind.  All according to the guiding principle "Mind over matter".

B - Breathing (Apneia): Proper breathing is essential - no matter what sport or activity. Proper breathing can bring more strength and endurance in sports, as well as calm. And stressful situations can even prevent a panic attack with proper breathing. Here we work with elements from apnea diving.

P - Performance (Endurance): Endurance stands for endurance. Together we bring your pulse up - and healthy down again. So you succeed in everyday life or in sports to provide more power over a longer period.

P - Painmanagement: Stands for injuries and their prevention. If you do not follow certain rules, injuries and even long-term problems are pre-programmed. Warm-up and stretching units are important factors here to reduce the risk of injury. We always address the individual problems and health histories.
